ok I HEARD THIS SONG AND IT HAS THE MUSIC OF "EVERYTIME YOU GO AWAY" BY PAUL YOUNG. AT THE BEGINNIG IT SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT 2PAC, SO I THOUGHT IT WAS A SONG DEDICATED TO HIM AFTER HIS DEATH...THE REFRAIN IS "EVER SINCE YOU WENT AWAY.." THERE'S A FEMALE VOICE AND MAYBE A WEST COAST RAPPER...I WANT TO KNOW WHAT'S THE TITLE OF THE SONG AND WHO DOES SING IT...

i don't think it's by puff daddy...first because wasn't his voice that i heard...and then also the lyric it's not that of i'll be missing you.finally i don't believe p. daddy should never dedicate a song to 2pac...he dedicated one to his enemy..notoriuos!!!

I believe the puff-daddy/P. Diddy/Sean Jean/Whatever song was "Missing You" dedicated to the Notorious B.I.G., and was basically a remix of The Police's "Every Breath You Take." It was NOT a remake/mix of Paul Young's Everytime You Go Away, which is some other rapper's remake (sorry, I can't remember who).

ok right! i know the song i'm searching for it's not by p.daddy and mine was an answer to the other user that replied me. i was telling him that HE was wrong because he wrote " ever since you went away" maybe was by puff daddy...and instead puff daddy made the remake of every step i take...
