Hey everyone.....Just wondering what your opinions are on ex Savage Garden singer turned solo Darren Hayes ...... Im genuinely interested cos whenever I mention his name all I get is ...Who???? So whos heard of him and what do you honestly think of his music and songwriting.....

Ohh I love Darren Hayes. I thought his album Spin was brilliant. Can't wait to hear his next album.

There are some really lovely ballads on Spin - apart from super sexy Insatiable

I think one of the songs I was most pleasantly surprized by though was the cover he did of In Your Eyes by Peter Gabriel that was a b'side on one of the singles. I love the original so wondered if Darren would really compare but he did and more!!

It will be good to hear some new material from him.

Have to agree that so far any cover hes done is more than equal to the original....I really cant wait for his new stuff eitehr and it wont be too long now

I love Darren Hayes!! I think he's really talented. Spin is one of my favourite albums and I can't wait to hear his new stuff - hopefully it won't be too long before he releases something new.
I hope he tours soon too, I saw him on his last solo tour and he's absolutely amazing live!!

Darren is my idol. His music is wonderful and that voice is awesome. His first solo album Spin was great and he performed it live in concert too. He has a god given talent and I am eagerly awaiting his new music.

Go listen to Spin, you wont be dissapointed.
