Chang, I'm embarrassed...I've never heard a single one of the songs you've listed.

algernon, we certainly have shared tastes. "Your Imagination" is a flawless light pop song, in my estimation.

I really liked the following 90s pop tunes:

"Walking On The Sun" by Smashmouth
"Until I Hear It From You" by Gin Blossoms
"Right Here, Right Now" by Jesus Jones
"Breakfast At Tiffany's" by Deep Blue Something
"Kiss Me" by Sixpence None The Richer
"Two Princes" by Spin Doctors
"Linger" by the Cranberries
"The Great Beyond" by R.E.M.
"Lovefool" by the Cardigans
"Ugly Girl" by Fleming and John

Pardon me for cleaning up your typing, pal ...

Anyway, "Ants Marching" was fantastic (especially the live version that got a good deal of airplay with the entire audience singing "People in every direction, no words exchanged, no time to exchange..."). I also really liked "What Would You Say" by DMB. It was always fun to hear that on the radio.

Another wonderful song that got some airplay in the 90s on a station I enjoyed listening to was Phish's live performance of "Bouncing Around The Room" (from the CD set "A Live One").

Beulah - Silver Lining

?

Silver Lining is a great song, by a fantastic band nobody has heard of. I highly recommend Beulah to those who like pop music (ala Beach Boys, Beatles, etc...).

"Mo Money Mo Problems" Mase, Puff Daddy, Notorious BIG
"MMMBop" Hanson
"I Want It That Way" Backstreet Boys

Today's pop can't hold a candle to this stuff!
