It's definitely got to be 'You Rock My World' by Michael Jackson from 2001. An example of perfection in pop and also very upbeat and full of joy.

pretty sweet list, Rev
but
to put REM's great the great beyond is not approvable, is it!!!
it's beyond being a pop album
(talking about the Man On The Moon soundtrack!!)

the accent of icelandic words falls in almost all cases on the first syllable. the exceptions are
1.words that have the negative prefix "ó-" meaning "un-" as in "unwilling" eg óhreinindi
2.words that have the prefix "all-" meaning "rather" or "very" eg allfeginn
in these two cases, the accent falls equally on the first two syllables or mainly on the second syllable.

'The Great Beyond' is pretty well a pop song- 'Man On The Moon' is even more so.

iwouldnt call this a perfect pop tune- or a happy/upbeat. an amazing track, but far too long and melon collie to fit here. the others irecognize are all good choices.
