Clear Channel Is gnarly!!! My band was called Surf Punks. Our friend 'Fraze" played our INDIE record on KROQ. Then he got fired for saying the F word and got rehired a couple of days later at KLOS. He played the chit out of our INDIE record there too. Then EPIC signed us.

Do you think if there were things like Clear Channel and the other network radio congloms anyone woud have ever heard our record?

ClearChannel's a big corporate bs company that forces any radio stations under it's wing to play the same 40 songs over & over again. They censor almost anything(like for examble they messed up Aerosmith's Jamie's Got a Gun), & they also create those awful "mix stations" that play a Britney Spears song & them play an Eminem song. They are horrible & have ruined what quality radio ever once had.
