How many playas out there remember Run DMC? These cats where keeping it real and gave hip hop respect. Not like these wanabes perpetrating the fraud nowadays.

I remember... but who here has seen the Dr. Pepper commercial where they sold out Jammaster Jay? its recent, at the end of the commercial, they do their trademark, but this time its :"Run DMC and Jammaster Dr. Pepper" with Dr. Pepper just dubbed in on top of Jay's name... i was slack jawed when i saw it for the first time....

RunDMC were one of the few rap groups I ever had any real respect for. But I really shouldn't be discussing rap, because I don't like it as a rule, and for that reason have not chosen to do any serious listening to it in the last 10 years or so.

i love RUN DMC i think that was a brilliant idea that they teamed up with aerosmith for walk this way !
