I got a 15 gb, definitely the best $299 I have spent in a while. Downloaded all my mp3's from Kazaalite and I still haven't used up half of the memory!

My advice to anyone who gets an IPOD, get a carrying case first thing. The glass monitor scratches really easy, and the metallic backing as well.

Angry i Pod Help !

Hi

Just wondered if anyone can help, i have had my i Pod for a while now, it Rocks ! however after losing all my stored music once i now have the joys of reloading it all !.

The problem is I Tunes installs fine on my PC with no problems, but then when i try and open i Tunes, it just says "it has encountered a problem and cant open" and then offers to send Microsoft an error report.

Just wondered if any one else has had this problem ??? or could offer some tips, its driving me mad !! my i Pod just sat there and i cant use it !!!!!!!!!!!

Many thanks

I have had that a couple of times. My recommendation would be to turn off ALL other programs at the time you are using it, and even close all the 'quick launch' icons you may have active on the bottom right corner of your computer screen.

It would be a pain in the ass, but if you try everything and nothing works, you can uninstall ITunes and reinstall again. Usually that gets the bugs out.
