Whats so bad about Slug not being underground? Dude probably wants to make more money, reach more people. There's nothing wrong with that.

Im the biggest Underground Hip-Hop head.. also its due to the fact that I also am an aspiring emcee so Im into all the Scribble Jam and Underground.. I can freestyle and battle way better then I could before BUT as for good Underground Hip-Hop..

Download some of the following..

KRS One, 7L & Esoteric, Brother Ali, Blueprint, Pumpkinhead, Illogic, Afu-Ra, J-Live, Cage, Louis Logic, Non-Prophets, Sage Francis, Eyedea (My Idol), Akrobatik, Atmosphere (God Loves Ugly), Immortal Technique, Genelec & Memphis Reigns, Demigodz, Sunspot Jonz, Gangstarr, Jeru The Damaja, Jakki Da Motamouth, Del The Funky Homosapien, Living Legends, Wu-Tang Clan..

Download some of them, I have a CD or a few CD's of each of those artists, those right there are some of the most ill Underground I have heard from over the years, I model myself after Eyedea when I emcee, I will be promoting some singles soon.

speaking of new music, definitely cop the new project pat (pic below) mixtape called 'the appeal'...its just remixes but anyone who knows HCP knows they put nothin but slick shit on the tray...its some of the best semi-indie music out there right now, people may not realize it, but that is a seriously TALENTED man sitting in jail and his background and daily habits may make his lyrics a bit repetitive, but you just never get sick of any joint he sparks...key tracks include the first unreleased track, number 6 'dont turn around', number 9, which combines pats anthem for true thug ghetto chicks 'gel & weave' with the beat from la chats 'can i get paid?', and number 11, 'ooh nothin' off mista dont play and 'nasty trick' off gangsta boo's 2002 disk both worlds: *69. all the tracks hit hard cuz theyre tested pee ay teeza hits, but the new beats are crunk and perfect to smoke a fat ass optimo to

hey ILL WAYZ we got a similiar taste

i listen to atmosphere, brother ali, eyedea, hieroglyphics (mostly del, old stuff of the prose, extra profilific, casual) living legends (mostly eligh, grouch, murs, psc, (u haven't listed them single, but you listed sunspot jonz and i don't like him) ), louis logic, illogic, latryx, aesop rock, pigeon john, zion i, sole, soulposition, aceyalone, style misia,

i got some stuff of Jeru, Gangstarr, Afu-Ra, Akrobatic, KRS One but i really wouldn't consider them as underground rap
