Question Capturing streaming videos online using Snag-It 6

What settings do I use for Snag-It 6 if I want to "snag" music videos from online websites? How do I configure the audio to sound CD Quality and how do I configure the video capture to "catch" the streaming video as it plays?
I tried to do this with some success with the video capture but the sound sounds barely audible.I tries to adjust the settings and now it won't capture either sound or video.Any help would be appreciated.

F1 is usually a good bet.

You cannot increase the quality of anything, btw. It can only be as good as the original file, or worse... So if the video you are 'snaging' doesn't have CD quality sound, you cannot have CD quality sound. Unless you want to add in the music/audio yourself with a file that is. But good luck doing that one.
