Cdj?
Just a few questions to other DJ's out there, about CDJing.
First a few facts: I'm not new to music, I own alot of electronic music equipment and beatmachines. I understand the whole concept of DJing.
As well as producing my own music I've been wanting to get into a little DJing of my own music as well as other music. I really do not have the money to start a record collection or get turntables so I planned on getting a couple pro cd players.
My question is: would it be worth it? How are CDJ's looked at throughout the whole DJ scene?
My point is: I dont want to get into it and find that no one wants me to DJ for them just because I use the all-to-common Compact Disk.
Another question: Besides scratching, what are some major benefits turntables have over pro cd players.
