beck?
I figured he'd go into pop. Does anyone here like Beck? Not Jeff Beck. Just Beck. I think he is pretty good. Some of his stuff if just retarded, but other things are great.

I've liked some things I've heard. He's definitely talented. Probably a little too much of an "art school kid" to ever truly go pop. Being on the edge is in his blood.

I don't like most of his earliest stuff, but beyond that I think he is amazing... definately one of my favorite artists.

Beck is an original, and I am impressed with how stripped down he went on Sea Changes considering his albums prior.

Beck is the shining light on mtv, one of the most decent artists that get airplay in pop media. I haven`t heard a truly bad song from him even though his music is edgy. I own three albums, and all the others are probably worth owning also, but it is only so much of his music you can listen to at a short period of time.
