But of course! I mean, my pockets are overflowing with green...the $600 price tag is spare change!

What about the butthole surfers they got pretty out there for a while. When I saw them live in 1991, it was almost too much to watch heeps of people had to leave as it was too much of a scensory overload. What do you think was their best album "Locust Abortion Technician", piouhgd,"Hairway to Steven"?
Pink Floyd had some pretty experemental albums even by todays standards (Atom Heart Mother, ummagumma album 2, even some of their other stuff) They were actually pioneers in experementing with electronics and alternative instruments. They actually started recording an album where they used no real instruments, just thinng like toothpaste tubes, head combs and spoons.
Sonic Youth, I think were pretty important in the experemental guitar based rock bets album either Evol, sister or daydream nation)

Tanjello, hold a gun to my head and I'd probably pick "Rembrandt Pussyhorse" as my favorite Butthole Surfer's l.p. Especially with the "Cream Corn from the socket of Davis" EP tracks!!
Yeah, it's a little stiff compared to later stuff but it's when I decided I would gladly shave my head and join their cult if it were required of me.
