The relatively new 'Rage Against The Machine - Live at the Grand Olympic Auditorium' is great - nice directing, good sound and nice bonus features; two music videos (one alternative 'Bombtrack' video) and their performance at the Democratic National Convention in Seattle.

floria sigismondi is kind of out there with her videos... she did 4 ton mantis by amon tobin... the beautiful people / sweet dreams by marylin manson (amongst other MM songs) and quite a few others... stephane sednaoui is more mainstream... he did stuff for alanis morissette (ugh...) but he also did a bunch for the chili peppers (give it away / scar tissue etc.) and a few for bjork...

All three of the Directors Label DVDs so far have Bjork videos on them, perhaps it will be a running theme!!! What do people think of Meeting People Is Easy, the Radiohead DVD?

does that isle of wight footage include anything besides hendrix's performance? i saw a special on tv once that had hendrix's set but also included some cool stuff... like joni mitchell ripping into all the hippies that had turned greedy by 1970 hehehe...

'Air' are releasing a live DVD, along with their Album. Promises to be amazing, i'm sure. check out www.play.com and search CD Artist for 'Air'. They also do everything really dirt cheap.
