i think Ogurusu Norihide reminds me a lot of the guy, I like his stuff on Carpark.

True...but I think I like Norihide better, if only because he doesn't seem afraid to move beyond unaccompanied solo guitar w/ his overdubbing, percussion and electronic textures...(I really enjoy the album "Modern") but then again I've only heard a small portion of Connors' work, so I guess I can't really comment on it confidently...

yeah, i think i favour Norihide as well, you should listen to his other work on Carpark as well that takes 2 eps and makes it into an LP, great stuff.
