It's VERY easy!!
Here are the commands you need :
Ctrl+X to cut
Ctrl+E to paste in a new file
Ctrl+S to save the new file
First open the whole mp3, then open a selection to select the first song you want to isolate. Cut it, then paste it to a new file. Save this new file (save as) as "track 1.wav". Repeat the command till you get every song seperated. Then simply burn your cd.
