Jason Mraz kicks...
as$. I know a few or alot of you may disagree. BUT I think he's a very talented kid with a really good voice. He has the ability to keep his voice under really good control while singing all out and loud with his unique voice. I wish I had a voice like his. Some of his lyrics are hilaroius too. I dont know if I'd categorize him "POP" but theres not really anything else here that he can go under, and he is "popular" so, I guess this is where this thread's gonna stay. What's your guys' opinions?

i agree. i dont really care for his type of music, but he has a really good voice when he's singing live. not many people sound good when theyre singing live these days

I couldn't agree with you more. Alot of today's music is a bunch of electronically fixed voices. I admire Jason for his real voice
As for him being "Pop" , I'd say he's more folk, but he is appealing to alot of teeny boppers so I suppose he could be considered "pop" for being popular.

I do admire his voice. He is a talented singer. I wish he would do some more un-pop stuff though.

Listen to some of his not-really released stuff. It's good and I wouldn't consider it pop. Watch some videos of his performances at teh Java Joes in CA, he's a really funny person. :tongue:
