Fusion

I'm looking for some good fusion jazz.
Does some one know some good artists?
Know Miles Davis but I want more.

I'm looking for some nice Jazz with organs and trumpets.
A bit like Jazz what's playd in old James Bond movies.

Hope someone can help me.

hmm...thematic Jazz perhaps?

if you are talking about 70's fusion, maybe Jaco Pastorius, Weather Report, and Herbie Hancock, but these recommendations seem to be redundant with me, maybe i'm overly biased towards them.

I'll add Mahavishnu Orchestra, Soft Machine and Larry Coryell to Equinox's list...

Question Need info on Meeting of the Spirits etc...

Remember watching a special on PBS called Meeting of the Spirits, many long years ago, it had Paco deLucia, John Mclaughlin, Larry Coryell, and Al Di Meola sat in on a couple of songs.
First off does anyone know where I could find a place to download this, and my second question is about a song done on the show I believe it is called Egyptian Caravan and I believe it was an Al Di Meola tune, has anyone got an idea of what I'm trying to find?

Some really nice fusion is actually from one of Miles' drummers, Tony Williams. His band is called Lifetime. Check out the album emergency. It's an amazing album! Also check out some Jean-Luc Ponty, an excellent jazz violinist.

not sure about the boundaries of the whole fusion genre, but some Freddie Hubbard perhaps (Red Clay, Straight Life)?
