I saw that album in quite a few lists, will sure try to check it out, after I've cleaned my mp3 folder and if Soulseek and/or Kazaa Lite have any tracks of them...
I just started listening to Al DiMeola -- very nice Fusion guitarist, one of the most impressive players I've ever heard on a guitar. I think I'd recommend every one of his '70s recordings.
I just added a few more albums by McCoy Tyner to my collection -- "Expansions" and "Trident" -- fantastic as always (the production on Trident is particularly impressive.) If there are any complaints, it would be w/ the leader's own dominance. Granted, it is his group, but I would like more of a spotlight be given to the other members of his group... (I suppose I've been spoiled by Bill Evans' trio...) But as always, his playing is incredible...
