I found cool these plugins:

- FM Radio v2.6 [in_FM.dll]
The plug-in for listening FM radio stations (TV/FM tuner required)

- MilkDrop 1.04b [vis milk.dll]
The best fullscreen vizualization plugin i've ever seen!

- Now Playing Plug-In v2.1 (gen_np.dll)
Allows to include song-name into email message.

I don't use any plugins. The only thing I want winamp to do is to play music and not slow down the computer.

Pacemaker: control the speed and pitch of a song independently. Good for transposing music, but song quality suffers.
