Take a bunch of children, put them in a choir with bells and jingles and guitars for instruments, then make them sing covers of popular songs like the Beach Boys' "Good Vibration" or "God Only Knows," along with lovelies like "Calling Occupants of Interplanetary Craft" or McCartney's "Band On The Run" and you get just about the most eeriest yet oddly awesome project to ever listen to. Highly, highly recommended. The children do a fine job...they're not muddled (i'm not proficient in musical jargon but what I mean is that it sounds closer to one person singing instead of many), and they use their limits to good effect by substituting certain octaves when they cannot achieve them otherwise. It's just...phenomenal.
also to note - it's lo fi but that only adds to the weirdness. And the weirdness is good.
