Well, no, of course not. The list was more a general "meant to" buy and there were some things that weren't electronic.

I'll try it again:

KMFDM-WWIII
Camouflage-Sensor
Alphaville-Crazy Show
Hybrid-Morning Sci-fi
David Gahan's solo record (Martin's isn't so hot)

and so forth. There that should be better.

Luomo - The Present Lover
Yasume - Where We're From The Birds Sing A Pretty Song
Opiate - Sometimes EP
The Postal Service - Give Up
Prefuse 73 - One Word Extinguisher (and the Outtakes, too)

but the best thing i've heard this year by far was the outkast's 'speakerboxxx/the love below' album.

"/me want fresh/exciting/new electronic albums"

good luck with that.
electronicmusic-wise, this year was rather crappy. :/

"really, the best album was the OutKast album??? hmm"

yep. in my extremely humble opinion.
check out out 'flip flop rock' from the speakerboxxx cd and try not to think how ****ing fantastic the song is. AND there's no bad songs on that one.
only great and less great.

[and, since we were talking here about electronic releases, i did not bother to mention radiohead, super furry animals, saturday looks good to me, dizzee rascal, stephen malkmus or arab strap which i think released some terrific stuff...]

....

oh, and i forgot the books and donna summer on that best of electronic music post of mine.

crap.
i forgot dub tractor's 'more or less mono' as well.

well.. maybe it wasn't THAT bad a year for electronic music after all.

[but it's no way near 2002, or especially 2001.]
