Well that's understandable, just would have to disagree if you were saying best ever.

Nice setup. We have simmilar tastes. Ali is better that Atmosphere (And that's hard for me to say) but GLU isn't on my list, it would be overc@st.

I wish my bro george was here should be #1

I think it's funny that you have slug ranked higher than ALI on your first list but Shadows is better that GLU on your second (are the list not is any particualr order?)

well yeah, but it's really hard for me to order, cuz if i listen to shit to often i get bored of it, but i still like it, see what i mean?
and i think it's hard to compare ali, with del or eligh...

i wish my brother george was here is the shit, the typical funky stuff that i like, songs like pissing on your steps, doctor bombay....

well, i would say i like slug a little better than brother ali, even though both are the shit
i think everything fits hella good together on the shadows on the sun. and the slug albums i like a lot but, his lyrics are just incredible......

î probably think slug a little better cuz i got more shit from him, and i know him better. i didn't like "rites of passage" that much when i listen to it the first time, but i should listen to it more carefully till songs will grow on me

what do u think about living legends and the seven's travels album?

I know it's real hard to put any sort of good music in to an ordered list. Either way it's good.
Brother George is way better that both sides of the brain, which is a litte odd for me to get really into. (not that I won't listen to it) And pissin on your steps is great.
As with Slug and Ali, They are so simmilar. On tracks like 'blah blah blah' and 'missing teeth' at points when I first got it i couldn't tell who was who. I think that the fact that I have listened to Slug for so much longer than Ali that I'm listening to more Ali now. As for 'rites' I like it alot. It's raw (like sad clown bad dub) too bad it's out of print cuz I only found about 1/2 of it on the net.
I only had a promo copy of 'Living Legends' so I stopped listening cuz every 30 seconds the voice came in reminding it's a promo. But that track with digital underground 'risky business' it funny. 7' grew on me alot. @ first it was real odd, ant's beats were scattered and at points offbeat/onbeat but it grew fast. Take 'Shoes' for example the mouth harp @ the end...genius. It's still by far not my favorite atmos album. it's overc@st.
Take a real good listen to Ali's stuff let it sink in. You'll like it.
If you like living legends (murs) and you haven't checked out 'Felt: A Tribute to Christina Ricci' do so. It's murs and slug's ep. Only 8 tracks long.

1. 2pac (Makaveli especially)
2. Dr. Dre (Because of everything he's done for the industry)
3. Snoop Doog (Him and Dre go together as really helping start the new era of rap)
4. DMX (Just cuz I like his music)
5. 50 Cent (Put him at number 5 not close to top 5 but its recent and I can't think of anything)

1. The Don Killuminati: 7 Day Theroy (There isn't a bad song on the whole CD
2. All Eyez on Me
3. The Great Depression
4. Get Rich or Die Trying (My fav. CD since Great Depression)
5. Better Dayz/Until the End of Time

Am I the only person here who doesn't really care for the Roots. I listened to their newest album which is like a year an a half old I think, and their was really only two or so songs I really liked on it.

Also the cd Beg for Mercy was sorry compared GRoDT

well dell is the shit....i agree with the both sides of the brain album, it's weird for me too.....i like the future developement and i wish my broher g. was here the best.............even though i like delton a lot too....

well i will take a closer like to the rites of passage one....listen carefully to the lyrics and that shit will grow on me....cuz i believe it has heat i just don't know it yet.....i downloaded sean likes ugly girls...these r 5 cds of slug tracks which are not on a official album, or are "featuring tracks" pretty dope (a tribute to christina ricci is okay, real short..some good tracks.....i mean just to say to truth....slug and ali are both hella tight....they sound similiar but somehow you don't even have to define which one is better...they both the shit......

about living legends.....of course i've got all the murs shit.....this is tight shit, u should get "murs rules the world" really good songs......ex....i did it like that......and...you want my move...but there many other good ones.......after murs.....i started to listen to eligh , and grouch.....u can really watch their progress through their albums....always better beats and better lyrics with the years.......i don't really like sunspot jonz, asop doesn't fascinates that much either.........but i like luckyiam.psc......really worth to check out....
