I've been listening to Ugly Duckling - Taste The Secret a lot lately and it's highly recommended to any hip-hop fans out there.

they're rap group from Ca .you should get 'Journey to anywhere' thats their best album. 'eye on a gold chain' and 'i did it like this', 'down the road', 'turn it up', 'dumb it down' are all good tunes

does anyone remember young mc? i had his first 2 tapes when i was growing up... i liked his stuff quite a bit... i seem to remember some rather intelligent tracks mixed in with poppier stuff like 'bust a move' and 'principal's office'... kind of interesting how his 2 biggest hits relied so much on the bass hook which happened to be flea from the chili peppers hehehe...
i also dig the beastie boys quite a bit... and i've been meaning to get some busta rhymes too (just because i think most of his stuff is funny )
