Sounds like you are going through a bit of a slayer/portishead phase, strange combination, but a good combination

Hehe, I am listening to Portishead too. Seems my copy of the s/t CD has an error and I can't burn it for anyone, but it sounds good to me. Good stuff, those guys...

Terrible overrated I'd say.

Anyway on to the thread topic;

Nile's vocals are quite damn good for their popularity level. Alot deeper than your more popular death metal.

I have a question for you chiron, I noticed in one of your other posts you spoke abouta bands vocals being 'sucky' as well. A band I believe uses death vocals as well.. Do you dislike death vocals, or just happen to dislike these vocalists?
