WARNING TOP 20 RUSHED

I might have left-out quite a few musicians that deserve to be there.

I realize you said this was a rushed list and I won't comment on most of it and I won't mention Satchmo, but ummm no Charlie Parker? For someone that appears to know some jazz this is strange. Without Bird many on that list don't even start playing, especially Mclean who would never consider himself above Bird.

I realize you like avant and free but you really need to branch out if that is your list. You’re missing a lot of excellent music. And this is from someone that likes everyone on your list. And depending on which of those musicians listed has most or all of their recordings.

I was trying not to include to many of the so called greats.

I love Parker and Gillispie, Amstrong and so and so.

Like I've listened to them all.

The list was not really a true reflection.

Just like what I was listening to at the time.

Just to clarify. On a thread asking for your top 20, you didn't list many of those that you consider your real top 20?

And I am only teasing.
