I love it when someone favorite rap songs of all time are all songs that got large radio airplay within the last 3months. 
I'm gonna add, RE:definition by Blackstar (Mos Def and Talib Kwali)

People, rap's been around for over 20 years. From all the selections I've seen in this thread, you would think it only got good around the mid-90's. I've been listening to rap since 1985, and let me tell you, that could not be further from the truth. I like Eminem, Outkast, The Roots and most all the Def Jux artists - but they don't overshadow groups like Public Enemy, Run-D.M.C., EPMD, A Tribe Called Quest, Beastie Boys, Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five, Eric B. & Rakim, De La Soul, N.W.A., etc.
Broaden your horizons: explore the history, it's worth it. I can even make some good album suggestions if you want.
(A few of you know what's up, but most of you are hopelessly stuck in the late-90's / early-00's.)
