Tupac tracks are classic. Nothing beats the East Coast/West Coast rivalry of the 90s in music pop culture.

Puffy and Mase tracks were pretty catchy too. But what came from the 90s should stay in the 90s.

Then again, some of the stuff today in general isn't bad. But most of it is Candy Rap -- sugar-coated just enough to get you hooked when in reality there isn't much there. Perfect example: Ashanti. Slightly off the thread topic, but no less.

those songs just seem a little too thoughtless, lyrically they seemed to be crap, the chorus's seem to be written just to get stuck in your head and thats how i think this list came to be about, will this list change next week is what you really have to ask yourself.
