sure, I gues there is no pure way of objectivly looking at musical talent. So MJ vs Mozart is technically debatable. I am just surprised that someone could be knowledgable of the music written by both Mozart and MJ and think thank MJ had more talent. I mean I've played some of Mozart's stuff. I've written some short classical pieces. and it is HARD. casually listening to Mozart doesn't really give you much of an apreciation for how complex and duanting writing classical pieces as well as Mozart is.

but yeah I guess that's just my opinion. maybe Mozart is only a minor musical talent.

LOL - No he's not Spacemanspiff, although I'm sure there's at least ONE person on the planet that might think so... I happen to like most forms of music which includes classical (an aquired taste - I'd rather have been torchered then listen to it when I was younger). They are so different is all. Ok.. I really have to go. I've been goofing off for way to long now.

When i daid "talent" I didn't mean "same style of music".

It's hard for me to express what I'm thinking, as I don't speak english very well.

to me, Mozart was a genius, michael is a genius too.I'm not comparing their style at all, but their their degree of intelligence in the music field

Sometimes I compare the intelligence of Leonardo da Vinci with Einstein's intelligence. And God knows how different they are.

Oh, it's so hard to talk in a foreing language, I'm sorry

MJ, use to have talent, but he lost it, just like he lost his sanity....that's my OPINION.

You don't seem to have many facts either.

I remember you saying Slipknot sucks earlier...have you listened much to their music and do you know much about them?

"what have you done for me lately" seems to be the prevailing sentiment here. Thriller, arguablly Michael's greatest achievement is also his nemisis. Oh - but he's not been able to beat it or even come near it again. Never mind neither has anyone ELSE (on a world wide basis - we know the Eagles (and appearently if judged by the same standards set to Michael - they also suck now) run neck and neck with Thriller in sales in the USA). So was he SOOO smart as people claim? Maybe not. Maybe he should've released those songs a little at a time then he'd have that "staying power" people accuse him of not having now. Yeah, he got what he wanted.. or did it get him? He's still a great artist. The industry salivates at the mere thought of signing him because we all know - he sells. That he's not performed lately has nothing to do with it. So he burned out and decided not to perform for a while... Slaughter the guy for it why don't you? I don't see to many of the "stars" of the 80s still out there today. Yes, a few - but not really that many. As for his skin - I believe him about the vitilego because I've seen black people with it. It makes his skin that ghostly white and there's NOTHING he can do about it.

Am I a fan? NO, I don't think I am. I always admired him. He's a great tallent, he does kind hearted things for people who he could easily turn his back on - he does it w/o any expectations of anything in return, and he's very strong in a world that demands him to conform and he refuses. Good for HIM.

Folks - I'm and adult and I STILL like to climb trees and ride amusement rides. If liking childhood things was so damned weird why is it that amusement parks are still so popular? with many of the rides designed for adults or at least young adults?

I don't think he's a child molester. I think if he was there would be more people coming forward. The Bashir interview opened the door real wide for anyone who wanted to try to accuse him to walk right through it and do so. There has been a RESOUNDING silence to that. The mere fact that no one else has accused him speaks VOLUMES about how he REALLY is. Lord knows he's the easiest target in the world if someone wanted to toss that at him again.
You're not a fan of MJ? Yeah right!!!

I don't know why you and NiftyGibbon etc can't hack it that others don't like MJ.

Can't you see the poll at the top of the page?

Comparing the talents of MJ to Mozart, MJ has nothing.

Your opinion is Billie Jean is wrong. Hers is that she's not. Both of you have valid points. But it's still arguing an OPINION of who is the better of the two. Neither is right or wrong.

I actually have no real comment on who I think is better. They are hard to compair IMO.

Ok.. I made my point.. I think.. anyway - it's getting late here.
You say this yet you can't take anyone else's opinions into account. Someone says something about Jacko and you blow up yet here you are saying this.

Maybe you should listen to your own advice?
