i am in this contraption 'which i think would have been useful during the inquisition' which keeps me from using my left arm. so, i am five fingering* it and next to no shift key usage.

On Michael Jackson's case, I've always tried to stay on the edge of both versions. Personally, I don't see this case as clear as the OJ Simpson one, because there are blurry parts on both sides. I won't defend him, but I won't accuse him either.
As for his music, I haven't pick up anything from him in more than a decade now, although I remember enjoying his music a lot when I was a kid.
