You said he's innocent till proven guilty, he turned himself in, making him guilty. And he got out by paing 3 million dollars on bail charges.

turning yourself in when there is an arrest warrant in your name out does not make you guilty. It means you agree to cooperate and not run from the police. It doesn't mean he won't insisnt his inocence in court.

yeah to say he's guilty because he's co-operating is ridiculus ... i don't know enough about this story to comment, obviously its enough for a lot of people though ...
