Have you heard the most recent alligation? Apparantly the police went to question him about some new claims ... I red this in the Sun so it probably isn't true.

The 12-year-old boy at the center of the Michael Jackson child molestation scandal may have confessed to his psychiatrist that the pop singer plied him with wine and sleeping pills when he allegedly molested him, according to sources.

The boy has also hired Los Angeles attorney Larry Feldman, the same lawyer who represented the family of a 13-year-old boy who made similar allegations a decade ago, the sources said.

Also, according to my source, Jackson — knowing some months ago that the boy and his family had serious complaints about his relationship with them — tried to get rid of them.

“He bought them passports and planned to ship them off to somewhere in South America,” a friend of the boy’s family (a mother and siblings) told me. In fact, says this source, Jackson kept the family at Neverland for a period of time, hoping to convince them to drop their allegations by lavishing them with entertainment and further merriment.

Calls to Feldman and to the family’s other attorney were not returned.

According to sources, the boy who made the allegations was a cancer patient whose "last wish" was to meet Jackson at a time that his friends and family feared his illness was worsening.

Jackson paid the family’s medical bills and assisted them financially, even buying them a car and, according to sources, possibly a new house. When the boy’s condition improved, according to a family friend, Jackson brought him to his Neverland Valley Ranch. That is when the alleged inappropriate contact between them is thought to have occurred.

At some point last spring, the boy's schoolmates — apparently aware of his relationship with Jackson — began taunting him in public. In one case, an incident of harassment is said to have occurred at a gas station, prompting the boy’s mother to seek legal advice. The lawyer she met with advised sending the boy to a psychologist. According to my source, the psychologist had enough concerns to report his conversation to the police.

That would jibe with the idea proposed by the police and others that the family is not seeking civil damages at this time or anticipating a cash settlement similar to the one that happened 10 years ago.

Oh, and there's this thing too......

One of the mothers said she was waiting to hear from her son, and was considering calling Norway's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Two youths were invited along to California by Jackson's Norwegian-Pakistani friend Omer Bhatti, 19.

Bhatti, from Oslo's Holmlia district, became a celebrity of sorts after Jackson discovered him in 1996. Bhatti was standing outside Jackson's hotel in Tunis dressed like Jackson and bearing a red rose in his hand.

Since then they have been close friends, and Bhatti and his family have been frequent guests of Jackson's. Bhatti was most recently photographed with Jackson at the star's 45th birthday celebrations in Los Angeles.

Bhatti has been unswervingly loyal to Jackson during their relationship, according to VG.

VG's sources claim that the Oslo trio's USA holiday is bought and paid by Jackson and was a secret to all but their nearest family members. The trip to Neverland should have lasted a week, but the boys have now been gone nearly four weeks.

"I have faith in the judgment of both Omer and my son. Besides, I don't believe all the claims and rumors about Michael Jackson, even if I have them in the back of my mind. I am more worried about the conduct of American police than I am about the claims against Michael Jackson," the mother of one of the boys told VG.

Omer Bhatti was a friend of Benjamin Hermansen, an African-Norwegian teen that was killed in a racist attack in Holmlia. Jackson dedicated his album Invincible to Hermansen's memory at Bhatti's request.

yeah things are looking bad for MJ... something i don't see mentionned in HC article is that the law regarding child molestation cases have changed since the last time jackson was charged...

basically the monetary incentive is removed from a civil lawsuit while the accuser decides wether or not to testify in the criminal case... last time jackson was accused there were no criminal charges... the victim got his cash (which is probably all they wanted otherwise they would have pushed for a conviction)... this time around the accuser HAS to testify in a criminal case... jackson doesn't have the option to pay them off...

it's a good thing for both sides of the issue... people can't make accusations simply to extort money from someone... and the accused can't buy silence...

so whenever jackson gives himself up things WILL be settled...

I'm sure they'll think highly of him, even if he were to be found guilty or even confess and all that. it somehow wouldn't be his fault. I doubt their opinion of him will change. though if he is found guilty it will be funny to see how they rationalize it.

Q:
What time is bed-time at Never Neverland Ranch?
A:
When the big hand touches the small hand.
