I want someone who plays from his fucking HEART!" bill hicks

Infected Mushroom may have some decent tracks but they have some really bad tracks as well. It's becoming more and more difficult to categorize electronic music, but I've heard them referred to as Psychodelic and Goa (not that categories really matter in a time when most artists overlap into multiple categories anyways). If you like Infected Mushroom, you ma also want to check out the following artists:

Chakra
Cosmosis
Goa Gil
Goa Raume
Hallucinogen
Juno Reactor
Man With No Name
Masada
Miranda
Ominus
Photeus
Phoenix

They may not all be Goa artists but at least some of their tracks are very close to being Goa-ish.

Definitely. Juno Reactor got me into electronic music. Their "Beyond the Infinite" and "Bible of Dreams" albums are 2 of my favorite albums, ever.

If you want to try their music, I'd suggest starting with...

Conga Fury
Feel the Universe
God Is God
High Energy Protons
Kaguya Hime
Pistolero
Masters of the Universe

That should get you started. All of their albums are good, but I prefer their older stuff (with a little new stuff thrown in). They have some really good rare stuff and since they've become more popular lately due to being on some popular soundtracks (Mortal Kombat, Matrix Reloaded, and Once Upon a Time in Mexico), their stuff is getting easier to get ahold of.

I didn't realize that "Control" was on the original soundtrack (I have that mp3 but not the CD), but Juno Reactor - Conga Fury is on the "Annihilation" soundtrack (although there's nothing amazing about that because it's on various other CD's as well, including "Bible of Dreams").
