And the cool thing is that once the site's moved - they need to start a new court case to shut it down.
- Just shows the cracks in the justice system!

yeah, kazaa is something to be used with caution... (i use to have 2000 something songs, glad my computer crashed...) if they do catch you its 10,000 a song, they bust without discrimination, an old man who was downloading old italian music was busted, but the cases start off for big bucks and get settled for like 2,000 if that. and i too am interested in this kazaa lite business...

If their so afraid of people downloading music - Why not just simply shut down Kazaa, Limewire and Edonkey? Or at least prevent that software from being developed?

I beleive they cannot shut down Kazaa because it resides in Brit. But I could be wrong on that.

www.kazaalite.tk still works...that's where you get Kazaa Lite from.

And also to block ip address' it's under tools (or something like that). You can also update your list of suspicious ip address' too.

And does anybody have any reccomendations?

And where can I find this law, I want to find a loophole. I heard that it's not downloading, but sharing the file that is the offense, I'm not sure though. Because, technically, you cannot share purchased media, not even a book. I believe this all falls under the same category. I want to make sure though.

SoulSeek is the best p2p program in my opinion.

As for the law, Just search on Google for US copyright laws.
