girl, you are not. u know there are TONS of people making electronic music out there. I don't even know how some one can get to know most of them, unless they work at a record store or something... just so damn many of them, all the side projects and stuff...

Animals on Wheels "Nuvol i Cadira"

Highly underrated album by Andy Coleman on the Ntone sublabel of Ninja Tune. Mix a bit of IDM/Drum n' Bass and a lot of melodical jazz elements and you have a beautiful album such as this. Very mellow unlike the debut "Designs and Mistakes". Top Brand shit man!

really? you think so? I think "A Shocking Hobby" far surpassed that sound, but it is with public energy no. 1 that he created and shifted his sound to that style...very powerful indeed

Loess-Loess

With the release "Loess" by yes, Loess, I find something very nice and sweet about what kind of electronic sounds are coming out today. Comprised of 2 members of Codec Scovill, this is the 2nd release on the Nonresponse label and a great one at that. Codec Scovill's release "Clinical Imperfections" brought out a more avant garde droning ambient side to the trio ( only 2 worked on Loess), while "Loess" mixes synth work on top of skittering low-key hip hop at times, and sometimes the droning comes forth with melodies that you can only dream with. The last track (which is hidden, 8 minutes into the final listed track) is beautiful, an echo of lovely patterns that get louder with each second; encompassing and enthralling.
