They are hopefully gone to infinity..for goodness sake bring back REAL music which has soul...artists that can actually sing live would be a bonus.

There's room enough for everybody, why not bring back the Cheeky Girls, too?

Actually I have to disagree. There arent enough people buying CDs to support the number of artists/groups currently trying to sell music. Check the number currently losing their record deals. My point being, at least lets keep the ones who have talent. The cheeky girls may be fun for those who appreciate them..but I am sorry they cant sing..the songs have no meaning. When I listen to music its therapy it can heal, mend or make me happy. For that I have to have meaning, I have to know the person who wrote the lyrics meant them.

With 'room' I meant that they still can/should make new stuff, if nobody buys it it's their business. Besides, they're no competition for rock-bands.

Everyone to their own..I am NOT into rock bands..I am not your enemy. I have the artist I support you support yours thats fine. I am not narrow mined we are all different.

That's exactly my point. If the Cheeky Girls are around they're not taking away somebody else's job in the music-biz. The world is big enough for all artists who are around, obviously.
