2 songs used in car commercials (H2 & Nissan Quest)

Looking for the song in the H2 commercial that shows a short-haired red-head driving around the city in her bright yellow Hummer H2 with a girl singing:

"Mm - Mmmm - Mmmm - Mmmmm."

The Nissan commercial is for the Nissan Quest (minivan) which I've noticed, they've used a couple different songs for - but it shows a surfer mom, a soccer mom, bunch of different mom-types loading up their minivan. currently airing.

Lyrics from guy singing "Ooh, gotta see... gotta know right now..." w/acoustic guitar playing in background.

The first one sounds like "Crash Test Dummies - Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm" although with that song a guy is singing it over an accoustic guitar...might not be it actually.

No - definitely not crash test dummies... it's a woman singing it, in a much higher register, and the beat is definitely drum-machine driven/techno/triphop-ish in it's vibe.

It's "Modest Mouse" singing "Gravity Rides Everything"

I've now found the H2 song as well! A long exploration of their flash-belabored website gave me the answer...

It's from the H2 commercial entitled "Metal" (as in "slip into something a little more metal").
