That's true, but that's why they are B-Sides...because they're usually not good enough to get onto the album.

actually i usually prefer the b-sides over anything else... radiohead's airbag EP is all b-sides except for the title track and i still consider it to be their best release...

This one may be from out of left field, but in my personal collection, after "Baby Your A Rich Man" (which was already mentioned) my favorite B-Side was "What Have I Done To You" by Freddie and The Dreamers... A really great piece of British Invasion fluff that is full of cheesy riffs... I am sure there are other B-Sides in the world I would like much better, but I never really had many singles (or 45's, or CD singles) in my collection... I have always been an album person...

As far as non-single tracks,, I would have too many favorites to mention... I mean that is like 8 or more tracks per album that aren't singles... I have hundreds (if not thousands) of non-single favorites...
