Lightbulb partitures from mp3??

Do you know if there's any software that convert mp3's in music partitures?
I have "Noteworthy" and it convert midi's in music partitures, and I also can print them, but I'm looking for something to do the same but for mp3's.
Thanx

I'm not sure if that would be possible for a program to do...not correctly anyway. I doubt there would be one out there either.

It's obviously impossible!!!
Midi's are made of 'musical datas'. They contain patterns, notes and tempo for each instrument. Converting a midi to a partiture means nothing more than reading the datas inside the midi...
In a mp3 there are NO musical datas. It's a sound, an electronic wave, a succession of sines... Converting an mp3 to a partiture is simply IMPOSSIBLE. Well, actually that is possible but that would make anything... Believe me, you'd better write your own partitures!!
