he's a mexican artist that released "martes" on the Statics Discos label originally in 2001, but Leaf picked it up in 2002 and released it stateside...neoclassical IDM perhaps...hear some tech step as well in it...just think of the clicks and cuts compilations with more of a classical/latin feel

well.. they released two albums, and both are highly recommendable. however, my fave would be the last one, the 'scary world theory' album... brilliant click-pop songs there.
classic stuff.

[and one of my, like, all time faves]
