shouldnt we let this guy get the basic before shoving him in to modern day hip hop.... Try Nas- Illmatic... and Nwa... early stuff then work your way towards present day rap... listen to Tupac and Biggie before Eminem and Nelly.... youll have a better understanding of what came from what...

Why? If I was wanting to get into a genre I wouldn't be wanting to listen to basic/older stuff, I'd just want music that is good!
