2.words that have the prefix "all-" meaning "rather" or "very" eg allfeginn

in these two cases, the accent falls equally on the first two syllables or mainly on the second syllable.

in fact i haven't listen to them yet, eighter.
And i've been looking around for their 2003 Feb album A Promise.
(the cover of the album was the avatar used by a member couldn't remember who??)
so far i know that they are a Californian band highly influenced by JoY Division,
Henry Cowell, Detroit techno, the Smiths, Takemitsu, Sabbath, Gamelan,
die Einstürzende Neubaten, the Residents, Black Angels, and Cecil Taylor.
About theat album good critics are turning around.
a kind of experimental stuff comprising cut-up style beats and tape loops,
electronic screeches, clanky percussion
on the base of minimalist acoustic guitar and/or piano chords.
anyway i think it supposed to be a deep dark night record we should get somehow...
