I'm not at all sure that King's X qualifies as metal now (or even if they ever did qualify), but "Black Like Sunday" is my 2nd favorite album of the year so far (right next to Bruce Cockburn's "You've Never Seen Everything", which isn't even remotely in the ballpark of "metal").
