I have CD Ripper for Winamp3, it is really fast and easy. and yes, it is connected to cddb, if you want it to.

if you don't have winamp3, then go there to get it!
http://www.winamp.com/
quite painless installation and very useful, and you can customize it to fit your needs. and most of all, it is FREE!

I use EAC ( http://exactaudiocopy.de/) for professional high-quality ripping, JetAudio for quick realtime ripping of lame discs. If disk is really lame i usually rip it to mp3PRO using mp3professor ( http://mp3proman.nm.ru/).

I use winamp as well, but not 3, it's way too bloated. 2 is much sleeker.

Yeah Evil, I use the ripper for winamp too... though I wouldn't reccomend it, the CDDB's great but it seems to like to cut the first two seconds off of the beggining of the song.
It was annoying when I realized that it did that, after ripping all of my seven Punk-O-Rama CDs.

To get the best quality make sure the frequency is on 44,100Hz and then choose your kbps. The higher the kbps, the higher (and larger) the file is.
I hope that helps.
