Now these Danes are some I cannot get enough of...

I bought their albums "Parts" about a year ago from a guy off ebay and when I got it I was satisfied from the first listen...of course the autechre reference was there, but the album seemed a bit, well, unfinished, like their were parts in the songs that just seemed to not make the right turn...so I put it down for a couple months...

6 months passed, and I came across their album "Solid State" from a trade that made with a friend...from the first song I was totally enthralled by the difference...what do I hear? a bit of a trip-hop like sound? hear a jazz melody? along with the autechre type programming at times? oh yes folks, please, if you pick up any release, if you can find this damn cd, please try to pick this one up...if you're a fan of the oldies: Autechre, Aphex Twin or Squarepusher, I believe you'll really like this album...brings melodies, glitchiness, and just great programming that is most surely not overdone...I've listened to this album now 4 times in a row and it means something different to me each time, I can thank my friend most assuredly for trading me this, for now I am filled with happiness, or some sort of zeal.

Josh, you CD buying whore

Clicks and Cut 1 and 3 should be fun! are there any tracks from Twerk on them? I really like Twerk's Now I am Rendered Useless album.

Oh Steve Reich, I only have that remix album. I like that remixed by Andrea Parker.

I know Clicks and Cuts Vol. 2, either Disc 2 or 3 has a song by Twerk, and that one was pretty good.

well a Funckarma album might be hard to find at a used cd store, but then again, what do I know? they are on a label called Djak-up-Bitch (DUB)...maybe that will help

well, what do you think of Parts, Genghis? If you liked it, you are guaranteed to like Solid State much better...
