of course it was a joke  I don't think Confield is a good introduction album for that genre of electronic music at all. I appreciate the experimental side, but the end results are not that great for the ears.

hey Josh, I have listened to Funckarma 2 times now. I really like track 1, 2, 5, and 9. the rest is kinda on the soft side and very nice. but they are not really my cup of tea.

I have downloaded a song from that merzbow remix CD, the song is a remix by meat beat manifestor and I really liked it.
I certainly will let you know what I think of it when I finally get to hear them.

still listening to avorane, I am on track 7. I really like it so far. yes, it is on the soft side, but the feelings and emotions in the songs seem to be darker than funckarma and I definitely can get used to that.
