Hmm... hard to say. Morrison, yes; Plant, yes - and there's also Roger Daltry, Anthony Kiedis, Mick Jagger, Ian Gillan, Ian Anderson, Bono, Ozzy, Les Claypool, and Zach de la Rocha and Thom Yorke (already mentioned). But from your list I'd have to say Jim Morrison for his baritone voice and unbridled on-stage antics.

Plant took Zeppelin above and beyond any other band in history. I usuallly dont like to give singers that much credit but if Plant had been the singer for Cream they wouldve probably taken Zeppelins place as the greatest rock band ever. The same goes for The Who. They would be the most phenomenal band in history
