Rolling Stones songwriting credits

I'm a HUGE Stones fan (Beatles, too, but Stones are #1 in my book) and I have a question:

Has any interviewer ever done a song-by-song inquiry with either Jagger or Richards to find out who wrote what? I'm looking for something along the lines of Rolling Stone's John Lennon interview where they went through all the Beatles classics and John told if either he or Paul wrote the song. Not that you couldn't tell, anyway. I mean, with the Beatles in most cases, whoever wrote it sang it.
Its not so with the Stones. Who wrote the lyrics and music to "Shine A Light", for instance? "Happy" sounds like Keith's all the way, yes? "Angie" is Jagger's completely? How about "Respectable"? "Tumbling Dice"? "You Can't Always Get What You Want"? \
I'm really curious to know who wrote which portions (musically and lyrically) of these songs.
Thanks.
