Foreign Hip-Hop/Rap
there are some real good bands that dont play english, i especially like french like

I have listened to some dutch rap but i think its real crap exept some stuff from def p.
What are your experiences with foreign rap?

there is a group of chinese MCs from Hongkong called Lazy Mother Fockas. their musical styles copied directly from beastie boys, limp bizkits, etc. but the rapping is funny. and yes, they rap in cantonese. I wish they can evolve into something more original after their first album.
there are some guest japanese MCs on DJ Krush's albums, here and there. they are okay.
the first song on disc 2 of aphex twins' 26 remixes for cash, it is some kind of rap song in german, it sounds very funny. wish I know what they are talking about...

How about Dragon Ash? a japanese hip-hop band.
all the songs there are beatifully written.
the lyrics show their respect to friends, parents and ppl around em.
They are independent, original and write their own songs.
stand out in contrast to the manufactured idol groups in japan.
from their music, u can tell that they are heavily influenced by music in the US.
