UK Hip Hop just getting better!

Well don't know how everyone else feels but i'm loving it at the moment - with such great people like Roots Manuva & Blak Twang i think we are sounding kind of out there! & hear that Roots is releasing new album sometime soon looking forward to that!

Roots Manuva is good but he's been around for a while...same with The Roots. The Streets are pretty cool too but apart from that there isn't really that much UK hip-hop that I listen to.

With that Roots album, are you talking about Phrenology...the album they released about two months ago?

Hey!

sorry non of my business but i thought Roots were American not UK based, although i'm probably wrong.

I Luuuurve uk hip hop we've got Blade, Rodney P the amazing Rodney Smith (even if he has been around for a while), Blak Twang (already mentioned ), Estelle, Wildflower.
The list is endless, i would say we are doing pretty good at the moment, seems like we are being took over by garage right now though.
