Before my teen years i would have to say that New Kids On The Block, Madonna and Janet Jackson were my favorites to listen to. In my early teens like 13, 14 i listened to SWV, TLC and Salt N Pepa When i was 16, 17 i would have to say that Silverchair, Bush and Green Day were the one's i listened to alot. When i hear any of those artists it always reminds me of different times in my life. Especially when i hear Bush or Silverchair, i remember spending alot of time in my room, blasting that music and drawing or writing. I would have to say that those years were the ones that i wouldn't mind having back, even though they were the most confusing.

My mom was really into to the whole punk and metal scene so when i was growing up i would listen to that and i still do.
A lot of 80s'stuff like the cure, the smiths, black flag, motorhead, iron maiden. Clash and Sex pistols too.
I think you know you have a kick ass mom when you can go to all these concerts and she'll still be moshing with you!!!

When I was really young I was into ABBA.
Then when I reached the age of about 5 or 6 I got heavily into Rick Wakemans "Journey to the Centre of the Earth" and Jeff Waynes musical version of "The War of the Worlds" album.
Then at the age of about 10 I got into the cheesy 80's pop stuff like Wham,Culture Club, Madonna, Jacko, Durran Durran, Frankie goes to Hollywood stuff. Pretty lame but hey that was the 80's.

When I was about 14 I discovered Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath and the sex pistols and my musical appetite developed from there.
